M&G Organization LLC 退款政策

At M&G Organization LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional services and ensuring transparency in our cancellation and refund practices. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted for our programs, memberships, and services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms specified below.

 

1. General Refund Eligibility

 

1.1 Refunds are issued based on the specific cancellation terms outlined for each service or program offered by M&G Organization LLC.

1.2 Only purchases made directly with M&G Organization LLC are eligible for refunds. Purchases made through third-party platforms or partners are subject to their respective refund policies.

 

​2. Service-Specific Refund Policies

 

2.1 Strategic Success Sessions

  • Cancellations made with at least 7 days' notice before a scheduled session qualify for a refund of unused sessions.

  • Completed sessions will be charged at the regular rate of $300 per session, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the package expiration.

2.2 Leadership Growth Series

  • Cancellations are allowed with at least 14 days' notice before the first workshop for a full refund.

  • If any workshops have been attended, they will be deducted at $2,000 per session, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • No refunds are issued after all sessions have been completed or for cancellations made less than 14 days before the package expiration.

2.3 Startup Launch Pack

  • Cancellations are allowed only before the first session and will result in a full refund.

  • After the first session, cancellations are not permitted; however, clients may receive credit toward future programs within 6 months.

  • Clients must begin on the pre-scheduled start date due to the structured nature of the program.

2.4 Targeted Expertise Package

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days' notice to qualify for a refund of unused sessions.

  • Completed sessions will be charged at the rate of $400 per session, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the package expiration.

2.5 M&G All-In-One Enterprise Service (with Membership)

  • Individual session cancellations require a minimum of 14 days' notice before the session date to avoid charges.

  • Full membership cancellations require written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds for unused sessions in the current cycle are prorated, while completed sessions are charged at $500 each.

  • Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and non-refundable.

  • Membership freezes are allowed for up to 2 months per year with a 14-day advance written request.

2.6 Industry-Specific Solutions (General Service)

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for a refund.

  • Completed sessions are charged based on their duration:

    • $350 for 1-hour sessions

    • $425 for 1.5-hour sessions

    • $500 for 2-hour sessions

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session.

2.7 Leadership Excellence Workshops (Standalone Workshops)

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 14 days' notice for a refund.

  • Missed workshops or cancellations after the notice period are non-refundable.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

 

3.1 No refunds are issued for:

  • Missed sessions without proper notice (minimum of 24 hours in most cases).

  • Items or services marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Customized or personalized services unless deemed defective or not delivered as agreed.

 

4. Refund Request Process

 

4.1 To initiate a refund request, clients must contact M&G Organization LLC via one of the following methods:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

  • Supporting documentation, if applicable (e.g., photos or evidence for service issues).

4.3 Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of submission, and the client will be informed of the decision via email or phone.

 

5. Refund Timelines and Methods

 

5.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

5.2 Refunds are issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. 5.3 Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment platform used.

 

6. Membership-Specific Terms

 

6.1 For membership services (e.g., M&G All-In-One Enterprise Membership), unused sessions from the current cycle are eligible for prorated refunds.

6.2 Written notice is required to freeze or cancel memberships in accordance with the Membership Policy.

 

7. Policy Changes and Updates

 

7.1 M&G Organization LLC reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

7.2 The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revisions.
